We have a really busy couple of weeks coming up so I will try to condense as much information in as clearly as I can.

Wednesday August 9^th 7:30pm at Gourgaud Gallery, Town Hall Cranbury:

This meeting is dedicated to selecting your images to be shown in the Gourgaud Gallery for the month of September. All members of CdCC may submit up to 3 images for consideration.

The total number of entries will determine how many of your three will be selected. Therefore, we do not require the photos to be presented in the presentation format. You can bring in just a “working print”, not matted or framed or alternatively if it is ready, the framed image is acceptable too.

Please DO NOT bring in images on CD’s as we will not have the facility to view them at this time. We need to know what size you will be printing and framing it to so we can estimate how much room we have.

When you arrive, please sign in and then fill in the jury form. You will be asked the title of the print, what size the frame will be, how much you will charge for the sale of the photo with the frame included, and which is your order of preference should we be unable to select all entries.

You will be given a raffle ticket and when your number is called please bring the prints to the jury table. (All tickets will be entered into a draw at the end of the evening for a free workshop. You must be present to win)

During the jury process please use the opportunity to talk to fellow club members and exchange useful information. Refreshments will be served as usual.

Please note that all photos that are not selected may be entered in the show & sale for Cranbury Day on Saturday September 9^th. We will have a table out side the Gallery.

This is the time to register for the workshop sessions too. (See separate email). Also, there will be sign up sheets for helping at the Workshop this coming weekend, August 12^th & 13^th. Help is needed with set up, break down, refreshment table, runners etc. (If you have a presentation you wish to present please let us know).
