NJFCC Print Competition Guidelines Print Competition Requirements The subject matter of these competitions is open, so submit your very best work. This is an opportunity to stack your work up against that of other camera club members in the state. Accepted entries are scored independently by three judges. The reported score is the accumulated total of the three judges. No critique is provided. There are two categories and two classes in each print competition: Color Prints (Class A and Class B) and Black and White Prints (Class A and Class B). You may submit up to three prints each in Color and B/W categories, all in the same A or B class. If the NJFCC receives less than 5 entries in any competition class (A or B), the NJFCC will combine the A and B classes and judge them together as one class. Contestents may elect to have their entry automatically withdrawn from competition under these circumstances by so specifying when he or she submits an entry. Entries must be submitted at the designated CdCC club meeting. The CdCC competition committee will select club entries from the submitted images at the following External Competition Committee meeting which everyone is invited to attend. The club may enter 18 prints in each category and class. Entries are selected by the Print Committee from the member entries. Note: The once per year Tops in New Jersey competition allows one print per person in each the Monochrome, and Color categories. You may enter either one or both categories. The print may have won an award at a previous NJFCC competition, but does not have to have done so, nor need it have been entered into any competition. Rules
